To know more…

Tinet delivers quality and efficiency to its customers thanks to a unique business model that is based around simplicity, focus and flexibility. We are the only global carrier exclusively dedicated to serving wholesale customers and we only offer three services for maximum simplicity and efficiency.

Our IP transit services have been created to exclusively meet the demands of high bandwidth customers such as Internet Service Providers (ISP), Mobile Operators, Telcos and content providers. Tinet’s network has a global footprint, extensive global peering relationships and MPLS-based traffic management to ensure the highest standard of quality for the connectivity we deliver to our customers.

NETWORK FEATURES

Tinet ensures the highest degree of Internet reach and performance stability for high-volume traffic flows through:

Extensive and consistent high-capacity footprint with over 120 PoPs spanning across the USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Performance-based routing (IS-IS TE) across the whole backbone.

Stable network performance ensured by end-to-end MPLS Traffic Engineering and Class of Service enforcement.

Full security monitoring and ongoing protection against dDoS attacks.

Proactive SLA support that provides rebates proactively in case of an SLA breach.

Support of multiple services over a single interface: e.g. IP Transit, Remote Peering and Ethernet Private Lines.

SLA: Proactive service credits to back up our performance commitments.

IPv6 SERVICE

Tinet supports a native IPv6 stack running over the same 10 Gbps infrastructure as the IPv4 stack. With the IPv6 service, Tinet offers its customers the benefits of extensive IPv6 peering.

Additional Service Features

In addition to the standard IPv4 features, Tinet:

Offers Allocated IPv6 address space on demand.

Supports Usenet Newsfeeds on both IPv4 and IPv6, from small to a full binary feed.

Connection Options

A single interface for both IPv6 and IPv4 traffic (dual-stack): the benefits of IPv6 while optimizing network resources usage.

Native IPv6, via a physical or logical port dedicated to IPv6 transit.

IPv6 Tunnels over an IPv4 infrastructure: when the two first options are not suitable, tunneling avoids customers having to modify the network set-up.
